Prepare your stay in the best way:

🔑 RECEPTION E CHECK IN

We are at front desk every day from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
At you arrival arrival, we will leave you our contact details: just in case you have any emergency during the evening or the night.

Check in time is from 3pm to 8pm.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00pm, we need to know it as soon as possible, to be able to organize and welcome you after hours (this might not be possible and/or may involve an extra cost).
Without notice it may not be possible to welcome you after 8:00 pm.

We can accept check in after 11:00pm, only in the suites and apartments.

🛌 YOUR ROOM

Have you let us know if you prefer to have single or double beds?

We have many room types (and of some of them we only have 1 room!).
Check that the one you have chosen has everything you need or expect (for example, the Basic room, the suite Parussi and apt. Pira and Serra, do not have the view!): if you think this is not the case or if you need more info, contact us!

Also:
👶🏻 extra children (any age) must be declared in advance, whether you need extra beds or not. At check-in it might not be possible to accommodate any extra guests.
🐾 in case you travel with pets, let us know in advance because in some accommodations are not pet friendly

☕️ BREAKFAST

A served buffet awaits for you every morning from 8:00am to 10:00am.
Le us know in advance in case of any food allergy.

🚗 OUR LITTLE VILLAGA AND PARKINGS

Castiglione is a small medieval village and, unfortunately, it doesn't offer many parking spaces.
Near to us, in the historic center, there are two toll parkings: one on P.zza Vittorio Veneto and one in via Vittorio Emanuele. 
At the entrance of the village, instead. you will find some free parkings (the closest one is at the crossroad between via Roma and via IV novembre, about 300mt).

In alternative, just under our terrace, we have a closed garage with some spaces.
If you wish, you can book your spot and use it during your stay.
The cost of the parking space is € 10.00/night.
Since places are limited, we ask you to honor your garage reservation.

🔋A charging station for electric vehicles is available in the garage.
If you are traveling with a hybrid or electric car and need to charge it, let us know so we can assign you one of the parking spaces served by the charging station.
The cost of charging is €0.80/kWh.

🍴 RESTAURANTS

If you wish to dine at the restaurant, we warmly advice to book your table in advance.
Let us know or, for any special request, contact them directly by calling # + 39 (0) 173 62 937 or writing to letorri@ristoranteletorri.it ( we advice to specify that you are staying in the hotel)
The restaurant is closed on Tuesday all day and Wednesday for lunch.

In the village, just a few steps from us, you can find other nice restaurants:
- Ristorante L'argaj (closed Wed. at dinner time and Thu. all day)
- Cantina comunale (closed Mon. dinner time)
- Convino (closed Sun. dinner time, Mon. all day and Tue lunch time)
- La terrazza di Renza (snack bar - open for lunch only)
❗We strongly advise you to book in advance!

🎯 ACTIVITIES

We always warmly recommend that you plan your vacation and book restaurants, winery visits, bike rentals, etc. in advance.

☀️ THE TERRACE, THE STONEHENGE POOL 2x8mt AND THE JACUZZI

The terrace is open every day, from 10:00am to 7:00pm.

The mini pool and the hot tub are open in the warm season, approximately from mid-May to mid-September (the exact opening and closing dates depend on the outside temperatures).

💦 PRIVATE WELLNESS AREA

The wellness area is a small private space that can be booked for exclusive use (maximum 3 people) for 2 hours of relaxation.
At your complete disposal is the room with emotional shower, hot tub, Finnish sauna, relax area and teas and snack corner, the bathroom and the changing room.
The cost is € 80,00 /couple (estra € 20,00 for third person).
It is warmly recommended to book in advance in these time slots:

9:45am▸11:45am     12:15am▸2:15pm     2:45pm▸4:45pm     5:30pm▸7:30pm

💡CHECK OUT

One last thing: the day of departure will arrive (which we hope will be just a goodbye!)...We will wait for
you for check-out between 8:00am and 11:00am. If this time is not in line with your plans please let us know and
we will try to find an alternative together!
